Our first step is assessing where you are now and recognizing the shadow side of your abilities. What do you need to clean up or "own" in order to hold a container for others?

Connection: Embodiment in Real Life

Your spiritual gifts should make your relationships better—not more distant, chaotic, or strained. Many struggle with the grief of seeing people’s potential yet knowing they must honor their right to choose. This work is about learning to stay in connection while holding your truth.

Reality: Bringing Accountability to Your Gifts

True mastery of your gifts brings a higher level of accountability—to your money, your body of work, and the real progress you want in life. If your spiritual abilities don’t contribute to your grounded, material success, something is out of alignment. 

Consent: Honoring Free Will

We are not here to force, push, or pull. Ethical use of your gifts means holding space, keeping the doors open, and allowing others the autonomy to accept or reject what they are not ready for. This includes learning to process the personal rejection that often comes when someone rejects their own growth.

Projection: Keeping the Work Clean

Much of what is called ‘spiritual guidance’ today is filled with projection. Mastery means recognizing that your personal wounds, biases, and fears can color what you perceive. Your role is to create clarity, not impose your version of truth onto others.

About Me

& Why This Work Matters

Most people would describe me as a woman, mother, coach, educator, and entrepreneur. But in reality, I am so much more than titles. And so are you.

Society may put us in boxes, but that doesn't mean we have to source our identities from those constructs. I have built a way to safely share my intuitive gifts with the right people for me. I have used my intuition to created a life that is sustainable even in hard times, regenerative, and leaves white space for my own growth and well-being. I want to help you do the same.

For a long time, I felt like my gifts were attacking me. I couldn’t turn them off, but acknowledging them felt like too much. The overwhelm, the burden of knowing, and the difficulty in translating my intuition into real-world action left me feeling lost. 

When things are not conscious they control us, once they are we can make art with them.

Through my own journey, I discovered that embodiment was the missing link. I needed to integrate my gifts in a way that didn’t consume me, elevate me or alienate everyone I loved but rather enhanced my life. I found a way to use them ethically, powerfully, and in alignment with my deepest values.

My background in education supports my client work deeply—I hold an M.Ed. degree and multiple education certifications, with a specialty in gifted and exceptional education. I am also a certified Embodiment Coach through the School of Embodied Arts in Queensland, Australia. My experience as a mother of three adds a grounded, nurturing quality to my mentorship, ensuring that the work we do together is practical, supportive, and life-changing.

I know what it’s like to feel both deeply spiritually gifted and deeply misunderstood. Just knowing things is a complex life, that without mentorship can feel like a curse, instead of the gift it truly is. That’s why this work is so important.   1. 8 Private 90 Min. Sessions – Deep, 1:1 mentorship tailored to your unique intuitive gifts and challenges. Each session is 90 minutes, and recordings will be yours to keep and revisit. You will get the opportunity to practice your gifts in the sessions. This is 12 hours of time dedicated to just your spiritual expansion.
  2.  Practical Integration – Somatic practices, real-world application, and ethical frameworks for responsible use of your gifts, delivered in audio recordings you can use anytime. The recordings of your sessions and the lessons are yours to keep. 
  3. Personalized Guidance – Support in identifying and refining how your gifts show up in your real life, work and relationships.
  4. Accountability & Support – One year full access to my subscription embodiment curriculums, live classes, and memberships. The most important part of opening to your gifts is personal inner safety. If you aren’t regulated and well-boundaried, your gifts will come through filled with your own dysregulated emotions. My extensive library and embodiment offerings are the core of learning to open to your gifts.

There are many ways intuition manifests. You may recognize yourself in one or more of these intuitive senses:
