Book a Connection Call

Alchemy Is What You Want, Not Money or a Relationship (And Why Nothing Else Feels Enough)

Most people think they know what they want.

But when it comes time to move toward it, something breaks.

They lose momentum.
They stall.
Or they keep choosing things that clearly are not working.

It’s rare that I meet an embodiment client who truly knows what they want.

Even when they name something grounded and attainable, they cannot sustain the energy to move toward it. More importantly, they cannot let go of what is in the way.

Why?

Because they do not feel desire in the body.

This is the first piece in a six-part series on what it actually takes to build desire and pleasure somatically. Not through mindset. Not through control. But through transformation at the root.

The Hidden Goal Is Alchemy

Alchemy is what people come to me for, whether they realize it or not.

Not a relationship.
Not money.
Not a perfectly mapped-out life.

They want transformation.

The kind that fuses truth and passion.
The kind that remakes you from the inside out.

Most people do not actually want a job. They want work that matters.
They do not just want a partner. They want connection that makes them feel alive.

What they are really looking for is alchemy.

So What Is Alchemy?

Alchemy is the process of transformation where two elements come together and become something entirely new.

In embodiment, this requires two things.

1. Reality

What is actually true right now.

The people in your real dating pool.
The opportunities that are genuinely available to you.
The paths that are already open and working.

In my work, this is called “what is on your menu.”

Most people are constantly trying to order something that is not even available to them. The world encourages this. It keeps you searching, comparing, reaching.

But transformation does not happen off-menu.

2. Embodied Passion

The energy you bring to what is real.

It is not what you say. It is how your body feels when you say it.
It is not the action. It is the integrity behind the action.

Your body is doing all the communicating.

You can memorize the right words. You can follow every rule. But if your energy is misaligned, people feel it immediately.

We have all seen it.

Someone shows up to a date or an opportunity with the “right” answers, but something is off. It does not land. No amount of strategy can fix that.

Patterns I See

This year, I focused deeply on truth with my clients.

We looked at how relationships, boundaries, and even personal growth get distorted by avoidance.

And I watched something unsettling happen.

People walked away from grounded, available love.
They abandoned sustainable business paths.

Instead, they chased fantasy.

A partner who was not choosing them.
A business model that drained them.
A method they forced themselves to believe in, even when it was not working.

And when they finally got what they were chasing?

It collapsed.

Every time.

Because chasing fantasy creates sensation. It feels like desire in a numb world.

But it does not sustain anything real.

The Light Hurts at First

We often cling to what is familiar, even when it has never given us what we want.

We reject what is real because it feels too intense. Too clear. Too exposing.

But clarity is not the problem.

Your nervous system just is not used to it.

If you have lived in chaos, perfectionism, or trauma, truth can feel overwhelming. Like cold water hitting your skin.

But that discomfort is what wakes you up.

Learning to stay present in that moment, without collapsing or forcing, is part of the work.

Desire Begins in the Body

Transformation is impossible if you do not know what you actually want.

Not surface-level cravings. Not distractions.

Real desire.

The kind that your whole body says yes to.

When was the last time something felt so aligned it exceeded your expectations?

Most people never let themselves want that deeply.

They cannot tell the difference between desire and distraction.
So their intuition stays quiet.

And nothing sticks.

Pleasure Begins in Pain

Truth does not feel good at first.

Seeing your life clearly, your unmet needs, your patterns, your illusions, can feel like pain.

But that is the doorway.

Growth requires you to stay present with something unfamiliar.

To soften where you usually tense.
To stay where you usually escape.

That is where transformation begins.

The Power of Real Wanting

Wanting is uncomfortable.

Because most people are not actually wanting. They are trying to relieve something.

We say we want love, money, freedom.
But often, we are chasing relief from discomfort.

We chase the feeling of power without embodying it.
We chase the appearance of connection without being available for it.

And then we wonder why nothing satisfies.

Alchemy does not happen in the chase.

It begins the moment you stop lying to yourself.

Desire as Truth

There is a difference between sensation and feeling.

Many people live in the surface layer.
They curate. They perform. They chase experiences that look right.

But embodiment is different.

It is the bridge between what you feel and who you are.

You cannot fake it.

You feel it when you stop pretending.
When you sit still long enough to admit what you actually need.

Something shifts.

You stop chasing what was never yours.
You stop forcing what is not working.
You stop holding onto what is already leaving.

And in that space, something real begins to form.

The Beginning of Alchemy

This is where alchemy starts.

Not in fantasy.
Not in performance.
But in truth.

It stings at first.

But if you stay with it, your system begins to reorganize.

Your clarity sharpens.
Your energy shifts.
Your yes becomes louder than your fear.

And the life that is actually meant for you begins to meet you there.
