TERMS OF USE

9. Course & Membership Access

Purchasing a course or membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use materials.
 You may not share, copy, or redistribute any materials or logins.
 Violations may result in revoked access without refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All content—including videos, audios, PDFs, written lessons, and brand assets—is the property of Lane Consulting Services, LLC / Christina Lane Coaching / Christina Elaine / Mutual Terrain.
 Reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited.

11. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Kajabi Payments or Stripe.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Digital programs, memberships, and downloads are non-refundable once accessed.

  • Monthly memberships may be canceled anytime via your Kajabi account or by emailing [email protected] at least 3 business days before the next billing date.

  • Duplicate or erroneous charges will be corrected promptly.

12. Coaching & Educational Disclaimer

All programs and coaching are for educational purposes only.
 They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice.
 You are solely responsible for your well-being and results.

13. Community Conduct

Inside Kajabi, Skool, or live groups, you agree to:

  • Maintain confidentiality of group discussions

  • Refrain from harassment or self-promotion

  • Respect others’ boundaries

We reserve the right to remove participants violating these standards without refund.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
 Your sole remedy is to discontinue participation.

We may revise this Policy periodically. The updated date above reflects the latest version.
 Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updates.
