Psychic but Burned Out? Why Intuitives Need Coaching Structure, Not More Proof

There are people in the world who just know things.

You might be one of them.

You don’t need to sit in a cave or wear flowing robes to qualify as intuitive. Honestly it isn't that weird or unusual. You might be a mom who always knows when her kid is lying. A friend who feels something is off before the phone rings. A partner who sees where things are going before anyone else does.

You know.

But knowing doesn’t equal peace. Knowing can be the heaviest thing you carry.

What no one tells you is that spiritual gifts without structure aren’t gifts. They’re liabilities. Especially if you’re a relational person. Especially if you care.

In my embodiment coaching I often work with men who take the other route. They care so much that they turn off all emotional or felt-sense information and become numb. 

I promise no matter what the internet tells you - you don’t need mentorship to get more intuitive. You need mentorship so that your intuition doesn’t burn your life down.

Because here’s what happens when it goes unsupported:

• You take on too much that isn’t yours.

• You try to fix, warn, or prepare others without consent.

• You get so caught up in what could be that you lose touch with what is.

• You override your own needs in the name of being helpful.

• You get sick, anxious, dysregulated, and wonder why you can’t just be "normal."

I know. Because I lived it.

People talk about spiritual awakening like it’s some pretty, soft little thing. For me, it was an unrelenting, chaotic freefall. I didn’t know where I stopped and others began. I wasn’t just reading the room. I was the room.

I didn’t need more proof that I was intuitive. It got to a point in my life that it was so loud I was being told I needed to reign it in. I share that because I actually think many people hit that point in the road and we rarely hear it talked about. I needed a container. I needed grounding. 

That’s what I offer now.

I don’t mentor people to become clairvoyant, clairaudient, or whatever other clair flavor you think you need to be. It's really cool to explore and identify with known words and ways of understanding your gifts but that isn't really my lane. I mentor people who know they have gifts, and are ready to stop misusing them out of fear, projection, desperation, or a well-meaning desire to help. It's a part of my embodiment work. Grounding gifts into the body so they can be chosen, sourced and ethically practiced. By anyone of any faith or background. 

This work isn’t for people who want to become gurus - because I just don't believe in that. 

It’s for people who are sick of watching themselves get pulled into other people’s lives like emotional paramedics, dragging relationships across finish lines that were never theirs to cross.

It’s for people who have paid the price for knowing—in health, in intimacy, in burnout—and are ready to learn how to live with that knowing in a way that honors both themselves and others.

We build structure. We build ethical frameworks. We build spiritual boundaries that support your real life.

You don’t need a certification in mysticism. You need a daily practice that helps you not dissociate into other people’s timelines.

You don’t need to "see more." You need to stop merging with people who did not ask for your help. 

You don’t need to read anyone’s energy - unless they've paid you to. You need to regulate your own nervous system.

My psychic or spiritual gift (the term I prefer) mentorship is for people who want to stop ghosting themselves in the name of showing up for others.

It’s for people who are finally ready to say:

I have intuitive gifts.
I can recognize that without interference in my logical life or with my cultural beliefs. 
I have boundaries.
I choose when and how I open.
And I no longer sacrifice myself at the altar of knowing.
